gutter cleaning, window cleaning
+ 0 moreI called to set up regular window cleaning (quarterly) along with gutter cleaning. I was told that it had to be done in April, since there were no openings in May. I asked to be called ahead of time, so I could be home to help remove the screens, which can only be unlatched from the inside. I was told that the service man would call me. End of April was fast approaching and I heard nothing, I called to verify that I was on the schedule and again I was told that the service man would call me. End of April came and went and no one contacted me. In May I sent an email that I was disappointed in there service and cancelled the work order.
Description of Work: Outside window cleaning and gutter cleaning.

+ -1 moreOur biggest complaint with this company is that they give us very little notice when they will be coming. We have asked them to call more in advance, but generally get a one to two day notice. If we are out of town, we obviously cannot then get our window screens down to allow them to clean. They also seem to come on cloudy days just before it rains, so we don't often get to enjoy our clean windows.
Description of Work: We contract with this company to come on a quarterly basis to clean all our outside windows. They occasionally clean the inside windows on request for an additional fee. The fee above is for one of the quarterly visits.

+ -1 moreCourtesy does an excellent job! We receive a call the evening before to let us know they will be coming and to remind us to unlock the screens. They bring their own supplies and ladders. They work quickly and efficiently. The windows are clean and streak-free. When I have forgotten to unlock the screens, they manage to pry them out - while balanced on a 3-story ladder!
Description of Work: Window washing for our three-storey house. All windows have screens which must be removed and replaced.
