+ -1 moreThis was a service call placed through my home warranty. I filled out the service request online on Saturday. Monday morning (1st Business day) Tim called promptly at 8:45 am, and gave me a service window of between 11 and 1, but said he'd call my cell before he came over. He called me at a little before 11 am, and I met him at my house. He was courteous, punctual, and knew his stuff. He owns and operates the business and was very concerned with giving great customer service.
Description of Work: The A/C was making a buzzing sound that could be heard upstairs when it came on. Tim came out and checked the unit, and it was a bad relay which he replaced. He also showed me how the gas lines were dirty and needed to be cleaned within the next month, and also explained that the A/C unit outside should be cleaned. He took the time to explain proper maintenance of the Heat & A/C units both from a standpoint of satisfying the home warranty requirements and keeping the gas and electric bills lower. I would use this company again, no questions.
