Initially, we just wanted a new gas line run to our oven before moving in because we were getting a new range (combination of gas stovetop w/electric range). We also needed a new back up battery for our sump pump. Overall, Nick was very responsive and catered to our every need but I after the work was done, I felt like we over paid. We also had miscommunication regarding the sump pump backup battery, but he decided to cover those additional expenses.
Description of Work: Ran a new gas line to oven/range, installed battery backup pump in the basement, installed new electric pump in basement, re-routed a copper hot water line.
