T & C Plumbing Repair

I called on a leak in my bathtub, then realized it was also leaking in my basement. He arrived later the next afternoon. He replaced 2 little springs in the handle and put some plumbers putty in the drain, and cleaned some hair out of the drain( this is a brand new tub and shower just last july, there was not much hair there) Anyway when he was done he went to his truck to write up the bill, then he sent his son in with it for $162.00 I about fell over . I questioned his son on the $55.00 an hour and the $45.00 for the hair removal. His son said he does not set the prices. I asked him to go get his father. After some discussion( aw its $55.00 per job, not hour and there were 3 jobs here!) and some resentment he removed the hair removal charge. My final bill was $120.00. I will never call this company again. I feel he was trying to take advantage of me. He was here a total of 45 minutes.
