Description of Work: Replacement of all the plumbing in a 1947 cape cod all house renovation. House had copper stolen and remaining plumbing was old. House has one bathroom and a kitchen. All lines in house were replaced. Gas hot water heater will be provided by home owner but installed by Down Right Plumbing. Stacks were replaced. Completion of work is waiting on other contracting work to be completed.

 + 0 moreMy handyman calls Dan from Down Right Plumbing whenever he gets into a jamb. He called Dan from my house a couple of years ago for an expert take on a plumbing problem and Dan swung by and fixed it in no time flat. After he left I had my handyman write down his number for me which I promptly placed in my "Capable People File". A couple of years later I called Dan on a Monday afternoon and told him I wanted to have a water heater put in and the job was completed by noon on Tuesday. He also replaced a couple of corroded pipes. Dan is affable, licensed and easy to deal with.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Fixed leaky pipes and corroded faucets.
