+ -1 morethey will not make an appointment "for several weeks" ... which would be July. It's a swimming pool. In Ohio. A three month window. I will not bother them again.
Description of Work: they did NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING.

Description of Work: I bought an Earth filtration System,sight unseen. I trusted them. |I was right. I love the new filter system in my pool. They opened my pool so thorough!! Thanks. I recommend them Strongly!

+ -1 moreEverything was good. A couple of days later noticed soot on top of heater. Called them to come check and was put on waiting list. Had someone else look at it and they opened it up and cleaned out burning leaves and then it was fine. When I went to pay bill, I asked if cleaning it out when opening was part of service and was told no. For safety sake, it should be part of service. The men who did the opening and the woman at the store were polite and courteous.
Description of Work: Opened pool removing cover and turned on heater. Added chemicals.
