Description of Work: We contacted James Rudo at Victory Gate to talk about building a small custom home for our family. We met once, and discussed what we had in mind, he took some notes and said he would be in touch with us. In a few weeks we had another meeting and he presented us with a floor plan that MORE than exceeded our expectations of what we could afford, and he said he could build it for us within our budget! We made a few small tweaks to the floor plan (per deed restrictions, and personal preference). After the architect had made all changes to the plans and all parties agreed on the plans papers were signed and sent off to the bank for approval. This whole process has taken approximately 5 1/2 months! In little long in my opinion, but I also have to say James has done us many favors when it comes to th building of our new home also, so I can't be terribly critical!
