Aaron and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. He did the work in one day. He cleaned the entire area and unless you looked at the roof, we would never have know he was there.

The experience was fine. I went with another company I was familiar with and had a better price. I would possibly use them again.

He gave a verbal quote, not a written quote. The bid was high. They are contracted with our insurance provider, which seemed like a conflict of interest because they will quote it high because of the insurance. They want the job. It has nothing to do with the company; it is the insurance company. There was nothing bad about them and they showed up on time to do the bid. We don’t doubt that they are skilled to do the job.

It went extremely well. The job took 2 1/2 days. The crew was courteous and worked hard. All boards on the entire roof required renailing, which was unexpected but did not result in additional cost even though it delayed completion time. The area was kept very clean at the end of each work day. You would not have known that the roof was being replaced. Also I requested a delay in beginning the project. This was accomodated. We were very satisfied.

I was very impressed. Aaron was highly responsive to my calls and questions. His quote was accurate and very competitive with my other quotes. He and his team were on site when they said they would be. They were neat and courteous. The quality of the materials and the workmanship were excellent. Generous warranty. I was dreading getting my roof replaced, but Aaron made it painless.

Aaron responded promptly to my phone call requesting an estimate for roof repair. After examining the roof he thoroughly caulked the roof joint as well as around a window adjacent to the joint where the leak was occurring. He also repaired the area above the gutter. He would not accept payment for "helping someone with this job". I found him competent, professional and recommend him. I will certainly keep him in mind when the roof needs replacing in several years.

He came for a free quotation, stopping by after working on another job. He examined the situation and determined that two areas need caulking, and the lower flashing needed to be nailed to the roof so that water could not enter if the wind was blowing strongly. While there, he repaired a problem under the eves where an animal had tried to enter. He was very helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend him based on his willingness to immediately do the repair at a very fair price and his knowledge.
