Description of Work: My computer was not working and I was not sure what was wrong. Took Computer in and they checked the power cord found that was the problem. They did not charge me and offered to order a new cord as well as telling me were I can go and buy a new cord for less then they could order the cord.

+ -1 moreTechnician showed up punctually and was very knowledgeable regarding the problem. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, he was able to determine a fix and take care of the problem. Very knowledgeable with over 39 years experience with industry.

+ -1 moreTHEY HELPED ME A LOT. THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT SO I DIDN'T FEEL STUPID AND THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO THE COMPUTER. MY COMPUTER RUNS FINE NOW AND I AM GLAD THAT I WENT TO THEM.
