Appreciated a local craftsman that could take on my project and make the exterior look of my house improve with minimal time involved. One afternoon is all it took. He took aluminum and clad the soffit boards to stop the bees and woodpeckers from making holes. Looks awesome! Matches my aluminum clad house.

We had a piece of siding come lose last spring. Birds peeked through the foam board and are nesting. Mr. Yoder came out the day after I called and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed and he went right to work. Very well done repair. I will definitely have him back for anything to do with windows or siding.

I needed some fire damage repaired at a rental property; Noah had the work done in a very short time an even did a few extras at no cost. A pleasure to do business with.

This is the second time I worked with Noah and I am just as pleased with his work this time as I was the first. Noah contacted me in California after wind damage to my home in Dayton. My son inspected the work and said Noah did an excellent job of repair at a reasonable price. He was always easy to reach, responded to my calls and allowed me to mail him a check from CA. Very polite and responsive. I would use Noah in the future for a job, no problems.

Noah arrived promptly. He got up on the roof and identified the source of our problem quickly and suggested what he felt would be the direction we needed to go to correct the problem. He then was able to take care of a leak I have tried for some time to get fixed. I was very pleased with his work along with his assurance that if we need to go further, he would be back.

Noah was able to quickly schedule and complete my project for me. He is very meticulous about the quality of his work. He won't stop until he's completely satisfied. He is a true craftsman. He also doesn't leave any debris on site when he's finished. I really enjoyed the overall experience with Noah.
