+ -1 moreIce was forming inside a cabinet due to a stove vent unable to close. He repaired the vent both inside and out. Ensured the fan worked and cleaned everything up. He also noticed ice forming on the back door hinges and made a trip back to his shop so he could seal that issue as well. Excellent fast friendly service. Will hire again.

+ -1 moreMatt does a number of things that will cause you to appreciate his efforts and number one these days is DEPENDABILITY. When he says he will be there at a certain time he shows up and if he is running late he will communicate that with you. In fact, he is very good at communicating all the details of the project so you understand completely with what he will achieve on your behalf. I know my wife and I will be using him often in the future since our home is over 125 years old and I think you know what that means.
Description of Work: counter tops which required improving the plumbing under the sink. Matt also went above and beyond not only helping in the design phase, the proofing of the manufacturer's template, but picked up the finished product from Menard's, took it himself to acquire and install a new anti-door-slamming device on our storm door, had a look at a small challenge with our downstairs toilet. In other words, he is more than willing to address issues other than the primary one he was contracted to do -- something very rare these days.

Matt exudes one of the qualities hardest to find these days in service workers and that is dependability. When he says he'll be there at a certain time he's there at the time. Not only that he would goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you are paying for. He's knowledgeable about electrical stuff and Cabinetry and just about anything you need help with. Not only that he does what he can to save you money. Give him a call and he'll let you know what he can do.

He came out to clean off my porch awning and roof. From debris and algae. He did an amazing job and also while there I had him remove carpet and padding. I will definitely be using his service again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed handyman services.
