Brian installed a set of stairs to my basement while also removing a spiral staircase. His work was impeccable, He also installed a new tank for my well and moved a 220 line for the dryer. Price was more than fair and all work was done in a very professional manner. I will be using his services again in the very near future.

What a fantastic job, Brian was very professional, very friendly, did every thing we discussed and agreed too. He and his crew did such a great job I have three more projects I plan to use him for this year. What they did was removed old roof, inspected roof for damage, replaced 6 plywood sheets, installed new roof with synthetic felt, pipe boots, ice guards, vents, painted pipes, cleaned up all areas and the gutters plus removed solar panel, controls and pipes and installed metal covers over wooded areas. Hard to find honest contractors today...he has my vote and recommend without hesitation.

I had used B&B Miller 10-12 years ago to replace a roof on a small out building that had been damaged by a storm. They had done an excellent job, no hiccups, no complications, no debris or nails left in my yard. This time was no different. Mr. Miller came out and gave me an estimate on the roof, brought a sample book of shingles and suggested a color. He explained why he used the brand of shingles he favored, explained the process and time frame I could expect on the install, etc. I had two other estimates at the time. One quote was from a young man who was just starting out, the price was very attractive and I had seen his work but it IS your roof after all. I just wasn't comfortable. I had thoughts of the roof leaking a year from now and calling a disconnected cell phone number when trying to track the guy down. The other quote was from a rather large company out of Fairborn. The price was decent but I happened to mention them to a friend at work. He had them do his roof in 2012. He said a flashing leaked shortly after the install and ruined his ceiling and the bed underneath and he was still picking up nails from his yard a year after the roof was finished. Scratch them too. Even though B&B Miller's quote was higher than either, I chose them. Again, it's my roof, I don't want any leaks, any "oopsies" or any excuses why it's leaked and ruined my ceilings and floor. Mr. Miller and his crew arrived when they said they would, knocked out the roof in a day and left the place spotless. I found exactly one nail - it had fell from the roof and landed in the seam of the bottom garage door seal. They even raked the grass back up straight where the shingle delivery and foot traffic had laid it down. Other than the new roof, you would have never known they were here. I was very impressed by the quality of workmanship on the roof. I asked Mr. Miller to quote me on replacing the old wrought iron rail and supports on our covered front porch. The price seemed reasonable and after researching his recommendation of the supplier for the rails and supports, I gave him the go ahead. Just like the roof, it was completed beautifully and with the attention to detail that I absolutely must have. Between the roof and the porch, it looks like a different house. I suppose if your only criteria for selecting a contractor for these types of jobs is price, your first choice is unlikely to be B&B Miller. Personally I have been down that road and have found it's not worth the extra headaches and uncertainty. Mr. Miller and his crew came out, did the work in a prompt and professional manner and have a very satisfied customer.
