A&L PLUMBING

We've used A&L plumbing for several projects and each and every time the outcome was excellent. All the employees - management, receptionist, and most importantly the plumbers are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and know their jobs and skills very well. Because of the great work they've done they will always our go to plumbing company.

Work was done correctly and professionally. IMO price was high for amount of work done.

I always had to wait for him to call me back. He very seldom kept me up to date unless I called him first. He had to order parts and that took awhile; altogether it was one month with waiting for everything to get here. The plumber that actually installed it, not the owner himself, seemed inefficient to me, and the shower still has a smell to it which it never did with the old shower. It smells like sewage. As far as the price, I think it was reasonable because it is a good quality, but I never got a second estimate, so I'm not sure.

Plumber was dispatched 3 separate times to repair the leak and the shower still leaks. The technician was not punctual and the scheduling process was very poor. I will be contacting another company to finally repair my bathroom and Do Not recommend using this company.

I thought the price was high but Ron was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

After about 3 weeks I noticed the same problem re-occurring, toilet backing up, a gurgling sound when the washer was draining. This was occurring about once a week so after a few weeks I called Aand L on a Saturday and left a message. My call was returned on Sunday, when I asked about any warranty I was told this service was not guaranteed. I also discussed getting a main-line drain cleanout installed but did not hear back from them. I then joined Angie's list and called another Contractor who had nothing but excellent reviews.

It was the shower head and it was too heavy for my shower. It had an additional lever on it which made it too heavy and it wouldn't stop moving around. They came out and replaced it with a different faucet. When they came out and fixed the shower head, they were on time and very professional. I am very satisfied with the service.

They took out the old shower, took it down the driveway, and installed a new shower for me. I like them. I checked around for the price and they are fine.

I HAVE HAD THEM DO MANY THINGS FOR ME. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. I PERSONALLY THINK THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY AROUND AND I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE WITH MY PLUMBING NEEDS.
