The bad weather kept the service from being performed. They did keep us informed.

It worked out really well. I haven’t actually met them since they are lawn people. They just email when they are about to come out and then we see a sign in our yard that tells they came. Our lawn looks a lot better than it did before. They are very friendly in their emails. We purchased a Big Deal for three treatments and that covered it all. I don’t really know much about lawn service but it was a good enough deal that we bought it. They respond to my emails. The one guy responded to my emails even though his wife is having a baby. They are very professional.

This is was part of an Angie's List -Big Deal offer in March 2014. Initially the company reached out to indicate they were behind due to weather but after a month of the service still not being completed and no updates I was forced to initiate contact and request the service be completed within the week. Their response was they would not be able to fulfill my request for another 2 weeks due to their pending backlog. When I indicated I was not willing to wait this additional amount of time I was told - very directly - to go back to Angies List for a refund, which I did and copied them on my refund request. They ended up showing up, despite the cancellation, on the following weed after the weekend deadline they had been given by me to complete this service. The job performance and results were good and my lawn is better than it has been in years but their customer service was poor at best. They stopped communicating; when I was forced to reach out for an update their response was full of the same excuses and lacked any kind of customer service skills to assure me that my business was important to them - just the opposite- I was told to go away. Clearly they weren't prepared for the volume and did little to nothing to adjust their hours around the weather to meet the demand.

they did a great job. the only thing I disliked was there was a lack of communication. I told them to come whenever they could and and had expected them to schedule a time, and instead they just showed up. this was fine, but I expected a little more communication.

Didn't aerate some large areas. Assume it is because they riding machine couldn't fit.

It went well. They showed up and immediately got to work. They got all that I had hoped for and a little more in the allotted time.

Did a great job. We would certainly use them in the future.

.I was not there at the properties that were done but there were no more dandelions! The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice and accommodating.

I signed up for the "Big Deal" through Angie's List which was $169 for Four Hours of Landscaping/Yard Clean-Up. I received an e-mail after my purchase that said the provider would be in contact "real soon." I never received any correspondence with the company until I called them 5 days after the purchase. I was told the work would be completed in the "next few days." Several days later, the work was never done. I called Angie's List and received a refund.

I was hoping to get the work done right away but I haven't heard anything from the company. They acknowledged the purchase but didn't contact me regarding a date for the work. I was looking for something a little more quickly. No hard feelings, I'm sure they are busy.

There was a miscommunication of the type of weed and feed service. Our yard has a major infestation of weeds and were expecting a spray application. The service provided was a granule weed and feed which did little to nothing. We called them up and it was explained they were light maintenance. They said they were happy to cancel the service and help us get our money back but since it was a Big Deal, we needed to take it up with Angie's List. We sent an email to Angie's List explaining the situation, but received a cut and paste response that more or less said Read the fine print. No refunds. So we're out two thirds of $89. Thanks Angie's List. :(

There were a few delays due to weather, but the provider communicated well throughout the process. When the weather was finally favorable, the jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner. I was highly satisfied with the service.

Contacted via their online form and they supposedly have a "guaranteed a 3-hour call back" for quotes. We have never heard from these guys after filling out the form twice. If they're not going to call back, they should post a message saying they're not taking new customers or at least remove the "3-hour call back guarantee" from their website. Moving on to other providers.

Service was delayed several times due to all the rain (and snow) that Columbus got this April, but they did a great job of keeping us up to date on delays. They were courteous and did not intrude or harm any of the landscaping.

They haven't been able to come out yet because of the rain. They've been good at letting me know that they're behind schedule due to the rain -- they advised me that they'd do more damage if they came out while the lawn is so wet. Work is scheduled for this week. They came out as soon as the rain stopped. They came while I was at work so I didn't see the work performed. It seems they did as expected: aeration, fertilization, and pre-emergent application. Would hire again.

The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and responded within 24 hours. They came and seeded within the timeframe. I called to ask about the seeding - it didn't look as though it had been done, but the person on the phone assured me that it had been done. But, he said he'd come back out and look at it.

It went very well. Very punctual and courteous. They did good job.

Company set a timeframe for service in my area and communicated it via email. Service was provided during said timeframe. I will use J. Rush again.

It went well. They did a good job, were here on time, and it went well. I guess, sometime in spring, I am not going to know how effective it was until the new grass starts coming in, but they did what I asked them to do. It was quite on the spring, I do not remember, sometime in October, I think it was. It was a big deal. They were on time, did what they said they are going to do, clean up where there was rule. I better little clean up but it was fine. If I need the service again, I would consider them.

They came right out and did it. That was very fast.

Seemed to go okay. Couldn't validate that the yard was seeded, but assumed that it was. We weren't home when the work was completed. Delivered service as promised.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were pretty good. They got a lot of hits on the special and then the weather turned bad so it was kind of hard for them to do it when they thought they were going to. Other than that, it was good.

I signed for an offer of "Lawn aeration, Feeding and overseed".However, it was done late in November, next day after a storm, so the whole lawn was covered with leaves (I was cleaning the lawn from leaves two times in anticipation of the service but they couldn't make it). As result all seeds were thrown over leaves and, I guess, majority of seeds was gone during later leaf removal. Also due to late application no feeding (starter fertilizer) could be applied. Thus, in fact they did only aeration, but I could order aeration only, for much less. I feel being badly overcharged.

We didn't have to be home for the treatment and they were timely with the service.
