Description of Work: They still have not done the work!!! It was supposed to be done weeks ago.

Description of Work: My experience began with the company telling me I was outside of their service area, which I thoroughly read prior to purchase of the deal to ensure I was in fact within their service area. I had to both email and call Justin multiple times just to get them to call back to schedule. On the day they were to come, they did not. I had to call Justin again and schedule a second time. The crew came out and mulched as agreed. During this, one of their workers Josh bumped into my brand new, 6 month old 350lb concrete water found with their wheelbarrow hard enough that is moved 6 inches on its concrete pad which creating hairline cracks in the fountain causing it to leak out the sides. The worker called Justin to make him aware of what happened. I immediately called Justin who confirmed he was made aware of the situation and would make arrangements to come take a look at it as he also worked with a water feature specialist and would make sure it was taken care of. After not hearing back, I call Justin again who agreed he would come out the following day as I had the day off, however he did not show. I called and texted him to inquire why and I have yet to hear from the company. I am sure if it was his water feature that had been bumped into and leaking, he would make sure it was rectified. It was very poor service from the start which was completely opposite of their reviews. Very disappointing experience.

Two weeks went by, they said they would start by beginning of this week, today is Saturday...no show, no contact. This is my first Angie's List deal, I thought you guys were legitimate, but I guess you're just a scam.

Description of Work: Placed my order on Sunday April 19, 2015. On Tuesday, April 21st got a call from Justin to tell me that he would call back to schedule next week (the week of the 19th was booked). I said OK. On Tuesday, the 28th, I called to follow up and I was told that Justin would call me back. At end of day Thursday, the 30th, I had still not heard anything so I called to cancel. I did not order any mulch in addition to the $199.00 and my guess is that that is why no one ever called. Very poor .......

Description of Work: Promised a garden plan for my yard. Their representative came, looked at my yard and we chatted but they did not provide the printed recommendation that they advertised. Extremely poor service.

Description of Work: I paid $89 for 3 lawn treatments. I sent 7 to 8 emails before getting the first treatment. I never received the 2nd or 3rd treatment. Terrible!!!

Description of Work: They build a paver patio off of the new sunroom that I just built. Patio needed paver steps to get up to the sunroom. Project was finished in 3 days. The steps and the patio look great and feel really solid.

Description of Work: They took awhile to follow up but once they scheduled and came out they did a great job. They cleared weeds and plants from our property.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $99 for Lawn Aeration, Fertilization and Pre-Emergent Application. They are very average at best. The guy doesn’t live around here. He kept talking around the problem and never even met me here at my lawn.
