Description of Work: Needed our Lawn Aerated. We received a flyer in the mail from their sales manager welcoming us to the neighborhood, so I reached out to him directly and never received a response. I decided to give them a call them two days later, and I spoke with a lady who took down my information and said someone from their Westerville office would be in touch. Still haven't received a call from anyone and it's been 3 days. In the meantime, we've received other estimates and are scheduled for services next week. Why advertise your services if you don't return calls? We didn't even get to the estimate portion b/c they were unresponsive. Wouldn't recommend.

Description of Work: I paid for a year's service with them. |I have received mowing. Their mowing department is separate from their other services. I called the number Angie's list gave me to try to obtain the other paid for services. I called numerous times with no answer. Then, I called the national office telling them the paid service's number with no avail. I finally called Angie's list and was told you provided assistance. A week and a half later, Angie's list responded. Ground Guys were paid 4/14/2015 a total payment. The community where I live has codes for yards. The way the yard looked was in violation of the codes.Iam due many more services than I have received. I would like: a written apology; a list of the dates when each of the services will be provided and an assurity with a statement that the paid for services were performed.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for mulching around my whole house including garden bed. Only issue I had is I bought the deal in early March and expected them to mulch pretty soon after that. I got a few emails saying they were scheduling and would get to me "soon" but it dragged on until late May when weeds were starting to grow and I had to request they come immediately. They scheduled it soon after that and from there it was great. The two person crew was awesome, very polite, worked very hard, the mulch seems high quality and they didn't skimp at all. I would have given A's all around if not for the time lapse which resulted in me now having some weeds to deal with.

Description of Work: When they were finally able to get to me, the work was not professionally done; my own mulch was used when I clearly gave instructions to not use mine first. Some plantings were destroyed. They definitely did not use the 750 square feet of mulch I paid for. The edging was for the most part well done. The owner is a pleasure to deal with but after the last concern [payment and cost] I have not had a response after resending emails 3 times. I figure they were very busy and did not use experienced workers.

Description of Work: They brought and spread mulch. I had issues scheduling it for a time that I would be home. I exchanged emails and was told I would be called the day before or the day of. I was never contacted. They just showed up and did it. However, the job was done and didn't require me to be there for it, but I wanted to be able to direct where the mulch was placed.
