I had an asphalt driveway that was cracked in several places. Mark & his crew at Ronk Construction replaced it with a concrete driveway. They did a terrific job & I’m very pleased with the results. Ronk Contraction did a great job on our Barn project! Top notch service from start to finish. The owner Mark was very responsive with the estimate and quickly provided a reasonable quote. After comparing with other quotes and doing a little research on line we felt comfortable moving forward. Mark’s communication leading up to the project was great letting us know in advance when our project was on the schedule. He and his crew were fast, friendly, and efficient during there time on our property. Project was done in 3 days! Our concrete driveway settled away from the house and broke the garage floor and pulled rebar from the stucco wall in the process. Mark came out in a day to take some measurements and provided a quote with drawings the next day. When they came to perform the repair, Mark was present with his team and completed the job on schedule in three days. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up when they left. The final product looks great, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I will definitely use them for any future concrete work.

First, this is second concrete project that Ronk has completed for me. My first was a stamped patio installed 9 years ago that is crack-free and still looks great (of course with the proper maintenance). The driveway turned out great. Mark and his crew were terrific.He adhered to a schedule and delivered as promised. I only wish I could have afforded to have him place my pads to the street.

Concrete pads were not square. Over a foot difference on the two ends. Left the site a mess. Poured extra concrete in the grass. Earth not put back so big trenches around the work area.

We ended up going with another provider who was able to start immediately (actually happened to show up with his construction equipment due to a miscommunication) but Mark was very professional in providing a detailed quote which was competitive with the other estimates we received, and provided a reference list.

Very responsive from the get-go; provided detailed estimate and drawing. Accommodated my request to address a grading problem on the old driveway that I had failed to mention initially. Beat their anticipated start date (due to recent good weather) but gave a day or two notice, as promised. The project did run a day longer than expected but that was not a problem. Workmanship appears first-rate, and they backfilled soil to the new cement and cleaned up very well. The project is at the home of my 84 y/o mother; best of all, Mark and his crew were very considerate and thoughtful of her, especially in helping her get in and out of the house during the construction.

They were very professional and came in company attire so you knew who they were. They knew what they were doing and did it quickly. It was during the rainy season, and they kept me informed because the job got delayed a little bit due to the weather. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job.

Everything from the initial call for an estimate to the finished work went wonderful. Mark promptly returned my call for an estimate within a day and then came out when he said he would within a day or two for an estimate. He listen to the details of what I wanted to have done; unlike some contractors who think they know better what should be done. The crew were amazing in their strength and abilities. With a particular difficult turn and slope of the sidewalk Mark became involved to make sure it was done right. The quality of the concrete they used is of excellent quality; no cracking or scaling after a year and I have used the sidewalk extensively for wheeling my wheelbarrow full of mulch and dirt and taking cans of yard waste to the curb for pick-up. I have the unlucky experience of having a less quality grade of concrete used in a concrete driveway so I know there is a difference in concrete grades. To some the price might seem steep but I feel confident that no one could have done the excellent job they did for the price. I hope the company remains in business for many years as it is rare to find a contractor of this quality and I plan on using them again for other future projects.

He was on time and professional. He listened to my suggestions. He was a bit higher than others, but not out of bounds for the type of work. His presentation has everything you could ask for. He is licensed in the city of Columbus. He was recommended to me by someone who had seen his work. He provided me with follow up calls as well. He presents himself and his company very nicely. I would recommend him to someone else.

Mark came out twice to speak with us as to want we wanted. His crew was fast and professional. They cleaned up each day they were here. Mark contacted me when the weather was to bad to complete the days work, but told me what they would do on their return. The one thing I really appreciated is that they listen to our concerns about disturbing our yard. Because of the heavy rain and snow the fear of our yard becoming a mud pit was real. Instead of using a Cat they decided to use wheelbarrows. Im glad they did. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
