Did a good job on fence install

Mike was "Great" he personally came to my house and explained the different vinyl fence options/time/cost! Mike delivered what he promised! He's very trustworthy and I plan to use Revive Remodeling again!..Jeff

Very happy with the deck. We were told 5 days was complete in 4. Constant contact with everyone involved would highly recommend.

Great deck built fast and well. Trouble with city and inspections. Not great communication amongst themselves on plans. But great work in the end and fast.

The workers, from start to finish, were professional and attentive. My deck turned out just as I had hoped. It's beautiful, and I'm sure has increased the value of my home as a result. But more importantly, it has provided my family with a space to hang out. I am really pleased with the finished product from Revive Remodeling. And I especially appreciate how they handled the drawings and permitting process, two things I was really dreading. They finished on time and on budget. Thanks for a good experience.

They were responsive and friendly and overall, they did a good job with our fence. I would have rated 5 stars across the board if they had done a better job with clean up. They left large amounts of dirt around the posts (obviously some is to be expected as it does need to settle) but the dirt extended about 2 feet all around the post holes onto the grass and required hours of clean up on our end quickly so the grass underneath was not damaged. We asked the installers about it and they said that they need to leave it so the dirt can settle. I wish we would have pushed harder when that was their response, so I do put some of the blame on us for telling them it was fine. My advice, make sure they clean up completely before leaving your property and having you sign off that the work is complete.

the men doing the work seemed to lack pride in their work. Espri décor. You can not get good labor today they only want a pay check.

I was not real happy with the drywall contractor. He was very slow to get the job done and did a poor job of cleanup. I am still finding splatter on window and doors. He never wiped any of it off. I still get water in the crawl space/basement even after the contractor who did this part of the job said he connected the room to the sump pump. Otherwise I am pleased with the work.

I had a great experience with Anthony, his workers plus his office staff. They did a great job & I'm very happy with it. It does surprise me that it costs so much for putting down rock but I would do it again & would recommend them to anyone!!

Communication in design ideas was not always communicated between everyone, but everyone doubled checked the plan to make sure they were doing it correctly and did. Had a design flaw with steps desired by the customer. They communicated with me about what options we had to make a great decision in the end. Great company. Would recommend to anyone.

Completed quickly and professionally.

Actually, changed project to start remodel in Kitchen vs basement. Talk a good game, but fall down in execution. They are definitely more concerned about money, than the customer. Countertops weren t effectively sequenced in the project, no kitchen for incremental 4 weeks beyond 8-10 week project. Paid last finishing amount with commitment to finish within week two weeks later still waiting and no communication.

We ended up cancelling the contract and getting a different contractor to do the work. They are the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

They made every effort to meet on time to discuss, provided easy to understand expectations. Only negative is minor, could have communicated exact date they would start project.
