Description of Work: Seasonal Furnace Tune-Up: it was the most comprehensive and thoroughly furnace tune-up I ever had. In addition to regular check-up, the technician did also carbon monoxide check and furnace valve adjustment to reduce CO level. he cleaned all internal surfaces with wipes and took time to explain all minor issues he found.

+ -1 moreI just wanted to let you know about my experience with Bill Brown, owner of Parmount Heating. I called for an estimate and Bill arrived right on time. Bill had a great presentation of the different brands of Carrier furnaces, humdifiers, UV light units, air conditioners, ect. He really took the time to explain the details to me. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the heating and cooling needs of my home. I couldn't wait for him to remove my old furnace and install the new one! He arrived right on time on November 12 and got right to work. I also opted to add a humidifier to the furnace. It does tend to get really dry indoors during the winter-the humdifier is a great addition! Bill also installed a new air conditioner unit and I'm sure it will be just as pleasant in the house this summer. I love my new furnace! Bill did a great job and I will recommend him to all my family and friends!
Description of Work: My old furnace was over 20 years old and had quit working sometime in October. I was wondering whether to repair or replace the old furnace. I actually had a friend refer Bill to me. Bill came the next day and I had actually decided at that time to just repair the old one. I had many questions for Bill and he answered them all. The furnace was working well (but again it was over 20 years old and I didn't want to have to worry about replacing a bad furnace in the middle of a cold winter) but a few weeks passed and I called Bill back as I had decided to replace the old furnace. Bill came over and explained- in detail- the different types of furnaces, humidifiers and AC units. His presentation was really helpful. He was at my door at 8am the day of installation and got that old furnace out and got the new one and the humidifier in that day. He came back a second day to take out my old AC unit and get the new one installed. Great job!

+ -1 moreWe have been using this company for approximately one and a half years. Over this period of time he has been out to repair furnace issues twice (different problems). Each time he was prompt and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about the furnace and once he has assessed the problem, he offers his advice. He gives us choices on repair and replacement; being conscientious of our budget and future needs. Both instances he repaired our 16 year old furnace and its been working like a champ since. We trust Bill and signed up for his maintenance plan. He comes out twice a year and does the review and maintenance on our furnace. This past visit was our fall maintenance (prepaid with a discount). He was originally recommended by a long time trusted friend and we have had the same great experience with him.
