It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. There were no additional costs. They were on time and did their job. They were very punctual.

Service provider arrived at my rental property to repair a furnace. They diagnosed the problem, and gave me a menu of service level choices. I requested a basic repair of the problem. The service provider charged me $581 for the basic repair. The technician left, and later in the evening I received a phone call from my tenant and the technician that the furnace was still not working properly. The technician said the furnace needed to be replaced. They said the new furnace would be $2400, but they would credit me the $581 repair done earlier. I thought the estimate for the furnace was high for the quality of furnace, but I went with them anyway because of the $581 credit, and an artic air blast was on the way. When the technician arrived the next day they upgraded the furnace from a knock off brand to a Lenox, because the knock off brands were out of stock. So, in the end I got a better quality furnace for a price that I thought was fair. They were also unable to connect my gas fire place, because they did not have a connection part. They returned later to connect the fire place, and charged me another $150. The experience with this service provider had lots of ups and downs, but in the end I was satisfied with their service. They stood by the work that they did, and they took care of the problem in a timely manner. I would just recommend getting an estimate from this company, and shop around if the opportunity avails itself.

I purchased a Big Deal for $29 but ended up paying more the fixing of the problem. They came on time and did a good job, they did have to go out and buy a part to fix it. They gave me a quote on some costs for future use, but I didn't feel that the prices were fair, but they were professional when I told them I didn't agree with the pricing. I didn't like the fact that the deal amount did not go towards the total amount for the repair. But they did honor the 5% off for Angie's List members.

They arrived when they said they would and worked all day until the work was all done and everything cleaned up. On a later problem with the air cnditioner, they came out promptly and repaired the problem without charge. I was impressed with Bill's kowledge about HVAC systems and professionalism.

Checked out furnace mechanically. Didn't clean out anything in the servicing, had to do it myself.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was fine. I didn't have any problems with it at all. I had a leak or something was going on and I ended up spending additional $170 for him to put freon on the AC unit. I'm not convinced that he was able to diagnose what the problem was. He called for a second technician to come out because there was something that he needed that he didn't have. They were able to at least get the problem fixed temporarily because when he left, the AC was working. It was working but but effectively before he came. He was professional. They were very respectful in a way that they put on their booties and they put them off an on as they were going inside and outside. I had to have someone out after they were here because they never really diagnosed what the problem was. But I was satisfied that the AC worked and it did work effectively.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine; there were no problems. They told me that the Big Deal was not supposed to be for a tuneup, it was supposed to be for a problem. I told them I bought it because I wanted it tuned up so we agreed on a price that was above the $39 that they did for the tuneup. I don't know how the ad actually read on Angie's List, but there was some confusion. I did not pay a whole lot more than the Big Deal. There was nothing that stood out. They came in, did the job and I appreciated them working with me.

They were very professional. When an appointment was made for an estimate, he came right when he said he was going to. The same with the install, they were there bright and early and got it all done. I've been very pleased ever since.

It worked out okay with Paramount Heating and Air Conditioning. I think there was a bit of confusion because it took them awhile to get in contact with us and I was under the impression that they were supposed to contact us immediately about scheduling an appointment. They explained exactly what was going on.

My all electric AC pump went out a few days before. It's an old unit. Paramount fixed the problem thoroughly. The price included a couple hours of service plus a yearly contract for tune ups in the spring and fall. I really like Bill. He did a great job. Very up to date with the latest technology. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, great customer service. Most definitely will hire him again and highly recommend him.

Showed up fast and performed services on spot.

They were very thorough, and when they came back the second day to double check some issues that had troubled them, they discovered data that showed my old AC was still limping along. I was very impressed by their diligence and thouroughness.

Our air conditioning went out over the weekend. I called Bill on a Sunday and he picked up. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day. They were a little late to the appointment because the previous job took longer than expected, but they gave me a call to keep me informed. They were quick in identifying the problem and quick in replacing the capacitor (the entire thing took less than 30 minutes). They were very informative and professional. I'll use them again.

They were terrific. The pricing was certainly reasonable. They took care of the problem. It was a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would.

Originally, they sent out a technician and I guess he wasn't trying to diagnose the job. He was not punctual, he would tell you he was going to be there at one time and he would call and give me reasons. He was nice enough one day to tell me that he was going to be late and I told him that he does not need to come be there because I was dealing with an emergency. Had he been here on time, I could have went on and had him do it then but come in later, it was not an option. After he did his diagnosis, I guess he had called his boss and got his opinion on him. He told me that there was a particular machine that he needed to diagnose to make sure his diagnosis was right but he didn't have it or wasn't trained to use it. I guess I needed some freon and he wasn't trying to out it in so all of these had to come from the boss. The machine that he needed, he need to get it from the boss because they only have one. The first time he came, he didn't have a ladder. The air conditioner is up in our attic. He came unprepared for the job. He was supposed to come back a week later to bring this machine. I never heard from him or anything so I finally called him and told him that I'm waiting for the machine and for him to come out and see what the diagnosis actually is because it's hot and we need the air conditioning. I talked to the boss and explained everything that happened. The boss came out and explained to me that that had been a problem with this particular technician and he wound up having to let him go. He did resolve the issue by getting rid of that technician.

Technician thoroughly checked inside air handler and outside heat pump. Technician was professional and courteous.

I had a leak in my A/C system that resulted in a steady stream of water when the unit was running. Bill diagnosed the source of the problem as a badly corroded condensate pan in the existing coil assembly. After the initial diagnosis, Bill patiently worked with me to identify a solution to the problem that was much more cost effective than doing a complete replacement of the existing A/C system. Bill was very responsive to questions throughout the diagnosis and repair process, and he and his team installed the new coil and removed the old coil flawlessly. I would highly recommend Bill and Paramount.

We were very pleased. They called and came when they were supposed to, very prompt and responsive. They were also very courteous and knowledgeable in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

On time, responsive, quick, cost effective. Also, went above and beyond in that the A/C was not level - the service tech leveled the A/C as part of checking out the unit

The workmen arrived exactly at the time promised and spent a 12 hr. day completing the project. Everything was checked, adjusted and cleaned before they left. Job well done! Bill Brown is a very knowledgeable and professional owner of this business.

Bill did a great job servicing our air conditioning unit and explaining what he found. He was very helpful in reviewing the options and coming up with a plan. If needed, we will definitely use Paramount again.

Rare is it that a repair person has everything needed to complete the repair with them and has the repair completed within the the first diagnostic hour. Even more rare when you are discussing HVAC. Overall, very impressed with the work Bill did in our basement. He is very knowledgeable and a true professional.
