Description of Work: Fixed my Jenn Aire range and my Sub Zero fridge. Jenn Aire range was not cooking eveny and Sub Zero fridge needed new coil. I don't trust many with hi-end appliances. They were great.

+ -1 moreThey did a very thorough job on installation and they are very knowledgeable. They responded quickly once we chose them, were punctual and polite. They even collected all my loose papers for the furnace and air conditioner and organized them into a binder. I would recommend them to anyone
Description of Work: They put in a new high efficiency furnace and 13 seer air conditioner. They had to level out the pad for the airconditioner and replace some duct work for the furnace. .

Turns out, he was right. I appreciate his honesty and helping us out with that and avoiding a service call.

+ -1 moreI HAD TRIED TO FIX IT BY USING THE ALLEN WRENCH THAT CAME WITH THE DISPOSAL AND RESETTING THE RED BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM, WITH NO LUCK. THE REPAIRMAN SAID THAT ONE OF THE SWIVEL ARMS WAS STUCK THEREFORE CAUSING IT TO RUN OFF BALANCE. HE FIXED IT BY REACHING IN THROUGH THE DRAIN AND FREEING IT UP. HE SAID TO MAKE SURE NO ONE IS GOING TO TURN ON DISPOSAL BEFORE I TRY THIS ON MY OWN! I THOUGHT THE REPAIR FEE WAS FAIR BECAUSE PART OF THE TOTAL CHARGE WAS FOR TRAVEL. I HAD USED THIS COMPANY 2 YEARS AGO TO FIX MY DISHWASHER AND WAS PLEASED THEN ALSO. THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY TOLD ME. HE WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. I WOULD HIRE NORTHLAND AGAIN.
Description of Work: ON APRIL 16, 2004, NORTHLAND CAME OUT TO FIX MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WHICH WAS VIBRATING SO BADLY THAT IT KNOCKED A LAMP OFF THE COUNTERTOP!
