+ -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS IN AN EXCELLENT MANNER WHEN I WAS HAVING THE SERVICE COMPLETED. HOWEVER, IT IS NOW A YEAR LATER AND I WANTED HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND LOOK AT A CRACK IN MY CEMENT THAT IS RESULTING IN CRUMBLING CEMENT. I WOULD HAVE HOPED THAT THE SEALANT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED MORE PROTECTION. HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, WHICH I HAVE LEFT WITH A "LIVE" PERSON AND WITH THE ANSWERING MACHINE. NOW I NEED TO CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY POWER WASHED AND SEALED MY DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALKS, FRONT WALKWAY, FRONT PORCH AND BACK PORCH. IN ADDITION, THE AREAS IN THE DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALKS WHERE THE SECTIONS MEET WERE CAULKED WHEN THE GAP WAS LETTING IN WATER.

+ -1 moreHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. PATIENTLY EXPLAINED NECESSARY REPAIRS AND OPTIONS. APPLIED DECK STAIN/SEALER WITH A BRUSH INSTEAD OF SPRAYER DUE TO WINDY WEATHER, WHICH TOOK SEVERAL MORE HOURS THAN EXPECTED, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM, AND USE HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
Description of Work: HE POWER WASHED, REPAIRED AND SEALED MY STEPS, DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALKS, AND WOODEN DECK.
