+ 2 moreThey are perfectionists in the quality of their work. They communicate well, make suggestions, and have an excellent knowledge of every aspect of their work. The floor is beautiful, the quality of their work is just beyond excellent. We are so pleased with our new family room.
Description of Work: They installed ceramic tile and wood flooring, painted the walls, installed woodwork, and generally finished an unfinished area in the walk-out lower level of our house.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAREFULLY MOVED TABLES, CHAIRS, AND OTHER FURNITURE IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE TILE AND MOVED EVERYTHING BACK AGAIN. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER; WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL, CAREFUL, CLEAN, AND METICULOUS WHEN PUTTING DOWN THE FLOOR. AFTER THE JOB, THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AND THE KITCHEN LOOKED SPARKLING NEW. THEY SHOWED UP EVERYDAY ON TIME AND RETURNED FROM LUNCH PROMPTLY. THEY CAME OUT, TOOK MEASUREMENTS, AND GAVE US A GOOD QUOTE: THEN AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, AND WE WERE SATISFIED, THEY GAVE US A DETAILED STATEMENT WHICH MATCHED THE QUOTE. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN FLOOR AND PLAN TO HAVE THEM DO MORE THINGS IN THE FUTURE.I WOULD CALL THEM TO DO ANOTHER JOB IN A HEARTBEAT. WE HAVE HAD THEM DO JOBS IN THE PAST: THE SAME RATINGS COULD HAVE BEEN SAID ABOUT THOSE TOO. I AM A TEACHER & THEY HAVE DONE JOBS FOR OTHER TEACHERS WHO LOVED THEIR WORK.
