+ 2 moreI would highly recommend Nick! He is prompt, reliable, consistent and reasonably priced. You can use him for as little or as much as you need. He addresses my concerns and jumps on whatever I call about. I am counting on him to meet my landscape needs for a long time. I don't want headaches with managing lawn care at my rentals, and that seems to be the case with Nick. I am more than pleased!
Description of Work: I own rentals & got Nick's name 2 years ago from a friend. We were using someone else who was doing a horrible job on 2 of our units. Nick came highly recommended so we gave him a trial. Every time I stopped by these 2 rentals, Nick had done a top-notch job. They were always mowed, trimmed & blown clean to my specifications (and I am picky!). This year, we just gave him 2 more units and added fertilization, spring & fall clean-up, edging and mulching. I am assuming he will do as good a job with these added features.

+ -1 moreNick is very professional and has done a wonderful job with my yard. It looks beautiful! I have his crew mow weekly. I have also hired Lucius Landscapes to fertilize my yard, re-mulch the front, and plant flowers. They also planted 2 trees in the front for me. I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

+ -1 moreNick has been doing the mowing and organic fertilizing himself. He came out to do the spring cleaning, mulch, edging, etc. with some helpers. He is always present and working even when he has others helping. He is proactive in taking care of things that need to be done. I could not be happier with the price, service, professionalism, and punctuality. I would highly recommend.
Description of Work: I wanted more care taken with my landscaping than I had been getting from my previous landscapers. I contacted Nick (the owner) of Lucius Landscaping & Design to walk through my property with me and give me some ideas of what he thought needed to be done. He was accommodating of my schedule and punctual. He showed me things which he would be doing to take care of the landscape. Nick has a degree in Landscaping and has worked for some of the big name landscaping companies in the area. He now has his own business and is personally present and involved in all the landscaping work that takes place and does not subcontract the work (which was my issue with other previous landscapers). Nick was also quoting me prices for organic fertilizers and weed control which was 30% less than I had been paying. Likewise, the same or less for the rest of the landscaping work.
