Dissatisfied with installation. Doors did not get sealed underneath and now we have water coming under the threshold.

Seemed to be an honest person and very hard working. He arrived when he had promised and finished on time. Price was competitive and we have ask him to do more work for us later. Would give him a 10 out of 10.

The patching job in the bathroom looked pretty good, not great, but not bad. The patching job in the basement was done in a hurry and when it dried it was all bubbly. The light switch was fixed perfectly.

Was purchased as a gift, not done at my house so I don't know other details.

Everything went great and it looks great too.

Did a great job installing the hardware and cleaned up all the cabinets. He's coming back to straighten them in June for us.

He was very good. came on time. Took about an hour. He keyed all the locks to match other locks. He was very cordial and nice. We would recommend him and will call him again if need be.

We purchased the Angie's List Deal - 4 hours of handyman services for $200. The work was installing 2 entry doors on a 1900s-built brick home. Matthew was great with communication and the work was done professionally. He even transported the doors from a local Home Depot to the property, included in the cost. I would definitely recommend using Legacy.

Matt showed up on appointed time with everything he needed for both jobs. Work was done quickly and professionally and total was less than his estimate. Very happy with this company and will use again!! Thanks Matt!

Matt is our hero! He did everything we asked of him and more! He installed 5 1/4 inch baseboard throughout the main and upper floor and stairway (1750 sq. ft.), removed all flat interior doors and replaced with 6 panel doors, replaced hardware in 8 doors to brushed nickel, in master bathroom repaired hanger then hung heavy mirror, installed towel bars, etc. in two bathrooms, assessed electrical heating element under tile floor, pulled toilet replaced seal, fixed cabinet door, replaced every burnt out light bulb in the place, repaired laundry room ceiling light, repaired two ceiling exhaust fans and light fixtures (I was actually going to buy new but he said to let him take a look, glad he did!), replaced three ceiling light fixtures with 2 bulb fixtures, repaired two ceiling registers, moved two cabinets attached to wall so I could clean then reattached, took all trash to the trailer in garage, installed wall registers and cold air return vent upstairs, repaired upstairs door molding, replaced door knob on front exterior door, hung heavy mirror in family room over fireplace and my two very favorite (this would have never happened without him) is he made a beautiful 5 foot wooden mantel above the fireplace out of the wood from the two mirrors, added wood strips vertically on the sides of the firebox. Now I have a beautiful focal point fireplace in the family room and then he assembled a natural gas grill we had purchased (according to the website reviews, the grill was great but the downside was it took 2-2 ½ hours to assemble). Matt did it in less than one and found and repaired a gas leak!

From my first contact with Matt to the final installation ,Matt has been a please to work with. Excellent communication and punctuality with the estimate and scheduling process. Matt's years of experience in the building industry were evident in his high quality of work and professional attitude throughout. Hope to use Legacy services in the future for other home improvements - highly recommended....and I'm hard to please!

They were very professional and worked until the job was done. I encouraged him to take a break but he just kept working. He got up into my attic to replace the vent in a bathroom. I am definitely getting too old for that type of work any more so it was nice to have someone younger with the general skills to do the job. I ran out of things for him to do so I sent him away with a couple of hours to spare. Overall, he did a great job. Lesson learned, next time have a lot more work lined up because the service isn't cheap at $50 hour. Not complaining since it would've taken me longer and I would have been sore the next morning. Thanks!

Matt came right on time. He completed the door with no issues. It was perfectly hung, he figured out a way to anchor my dishwasher without drilling into granite counter top. He installed the cabinet handles accidentally onto some lower doors where I only wanted magnet latches, so I ran out of handles. He agreed to come back and complete the job at no extra charge (after I went out to get more handles.) His work is very good quality, he is polite and does not waste time with chit chat. He is coming back next week to install a new patio door and a toilet.

Matt takes professionalism to a whole new level. He is responsive in his emails, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and he got straight to work. I was a little worried to pay for work by the hour, instead of a set price for everything I wanted done- but my fears were for naught. Matt is hard working, and got MORE accomplished than I was expecting. I would hire him again without a doubt, he did an AMAZING job!

Matt arrived at the time we set up. He was professional and friendly. I gave him the list of things I needed done and showed him around the house where the work needed done. He completed the work well and efficiently. He cleaned up the work areas, there was no mess left behind.

Awesome Service!! I am what you would call a guy that "thinks he is handy"... minor electrical, minor plumbing, etc. Matt is a true professional. I communicated with Matt early on in order to determine an agreed upon set of expectations, time line, materials, etc. Matt answered everyone one of my phone calls and posts. Upon arrival Matt got right to work - banging out what would have taken me a weekend (at least) in 8 hours. I was over impressed with the service. I would/will hire Matt again in the near future. If you need a Handyman - Hire Matt, you will not be disappointed.

I bought an Angie's deal in the fall and put off scheduling until after the holidays which Matt was fine with. He worked quickly and professionally as I walked through my list with him. I had plenty of jobs for him for the 4 hours I'd paid for but he finished ahead of time and I could think of nothing else for him to do. I definitely feel I got my moneys worth and would hire him again.
