Description of Work: Replaced rusted porch supports and railing with vinyl posts and new wrought iron

Description of Work: He was supposed to fix the woodpecker holes in my cedar side wood, replace the cedar wood and repaint the front of my house. As well, he was supposed to power wash, scrape, and repair the boards on my deck and then paint. The first day, he left four large nails in my driveway, and then when he repaired the holes, he put up plywood instead of matching with the cedar of my house. He used the incorrect paint, so we had him come back out and then take down the boards and put up new cedar and repaint, but the paint didn't match. It really, really looked mismatched, but he didn't seem to see that there was a problem. He power washed my deck, but he didn't scrape it. He spray painted the spindles on my deck and he spray painted all of my bushes and said, "Oh well, it'll wash off." Some of the boards he replaced weren't nailed down, so he had to come back and repair that. He didn't repaint the boards of the decking all together, and when he came back to finish painting, he used a different kind of paint that didn't match the deck. So then we had to have him come back out again and apparently he brought the correct paint that time. I would never hire him again or his company. I had a painter come out today to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of my house and he couldn't believe the work they did on the deck.

Description of Work: A bathtub was only leaking when tub was draining, not during shower. This was the reason for my call. I had immediate response to my phone call. He was able to set up next day service, and he addressed the work so quickly I was amazed. In addition, he re-caulked the tub-tile area. He applied clear, then white when I requested it. I will definitely hire him for other handy work around the house.

Description of Work: Replaced glass in 2 windows (seals had broken), installed glass block windows in the basement, repaired brick on front steps, vented shower fan to outside, repaired pedestal sink. | |He did a fantastic job. Everything looks fantastic. I will certainly utilize his services in the future and have already given his name to severals friends. I definitely recommend Legacy!

Description of Work: Mounted four new window treatments, adjusted two toilet flush mechanisms, mounted a retractable drying rack in laundry, did some touch-up painting, adjusted a misaligned chandelier on a cathedral ceiling and cleaned off gutter covers on roof. | |Mr. Lust completed the work promptly and completely, including a side trip to Lowes to pick up some missing pieces in one of the window treatment boxes. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism.
