+ -1 moreThe provider was very slow in responding to the initial contact as well as following up with an estimate. By the time he got back to me I had already chosen a more responsive company.
Description of Work: It took the provider nearly a week to return my initial phone call. The were prompt in setting up an appointment and coming out for an inspection. It took them another week+ to follow up the inspection, and by that point I had already hired someone else. I realize that this is busy season for landscapers, but prompt response usually gets the job.

+ 2 moreJohn RIchardson is very professional! We got estimates from several contractors over a years time and were so impressed with his punctuality when returning emails or calls. His price was reasonable compared to others. We knew hands down after all of our estimates he was our guy. His workers arrived early and stayed late. The job got done pretty quickly and the quality of work is phenomenal. John showed up at the house several times to make sure things were running smoothly! We will definitely be hiring him in the future.
Description of Work: We contracted John to install a new paver patio, landscape the front and backyard including planting new trees, and install an irrigation system.

+ -1 moreJohn was great to work with. After trading e-mails to determine the scope of the work that needed to be done, he came out to look over our lawn and provide recommendations. We were originally going to re-sod our lawn, but after talking it over with him, we went with his recommendation to simply renovate the lawn. They were very punctual, did everything that they said they would, and the lawn looks 100 times better. They cleaned up everything, did not leave any debris from the lawn, and only the work they performed showed that they were even there. They did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: John and his crew renovated our front and back lawns. They cleaned up the bare patches, filled in the bare spots and holes with top soil, seeded, fertilized and penn mulched.
