The work was very sloppy, from the poorly-done shower floors to missing grout in several places. It was very clear that he and his crew were only interested in getting out and getting to the next job.
Description of Work: Tile work in bathrooms and kitchens.

Very bad - did not show up
Description of Work: We had an appointment set up with Bill for 9am this morning. He did not show up or call. We called him and left a voicemail for him this morning. It's 4pm and he hasn't called back. This is a very bad way to treat a customer.

Bill had the lowest price out of 3 quotes. He was hard to get a hold of but eventually got our tile ordered and got an installation date planned (this process took about 2 months and I was hoping for a couple weeks). They arrived on time for the work. I feel the work was done quickly and the quality was okay. My only complaint was the mess they left. There was grout everywhere from the vents on the floor to the toilet and on the cupboards. I was so excited to see my bathroom and then spent a good hour cleaning the floors and had to scrub my toilet (not sure what all they flushed down it). We had tile installed in our kitchen by another company and it was wonderful but the guy no longer does tile. Due to the mess and how hard to get a hold of he was I probably will not use them again in the future even if I have to pay more.
Description of Work: We had a glass tile backsplash installed in our Master bathroom.
