+ -1 moreI used David for a recent repair and he did an excellent job! I am very pleased with the work and he was very reasonable with the price and personable. He showed up on time and was very professional. I would recommend him and will definitely use him again!

He arrived on time, had suggestions as to how repairs should be made, made suggestions as to other things we should do to get a family member's house ready to put on the market. All repairs were completed thoroughly and at a reasonable price. He was polite and friendly, but focused on the job at hand. Multiple family members were involved in this transaction (one arranged the appointment, another met David at the house). We were all pleased and have plans to contact him soon for odd jobs at our own homes.
Description of Work: Miscellaneous repairs (wall repair, downspout repair, power washing, and basement sealing) to get a house ready to sell.
