Brought in carpet from my plane to have it cut and rebound. They insisted on having the old binding taken off even though I didn't think it was necessary. When i got it back (late) it was very poorly done. Old binding wasn't removed - when I was specifically charged for this- and wasn't even re-bound completely. Corners were skipped. Sloppy work - very unprofessional. It's not about the money, it's about what a poor job they did

ROB (OWNER) WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS BEFORE THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH TRIM MATCHING AND FINISH WORK. MEMBER HAS CALLED WEEKLY SINCE NOVEMBER BUT HER CALLS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED.
