They saved the day! After I hired a different company who was a no-show during the 5-hour window they gave me I called Best Plumbing and they came the next day and showed up on time during the 2 hour window. The plumber was friendly and fixed my problem quickly. I would definitely hire them again!

Fantastic. They were able to fit me into the schedule the next day. They came out, did a walk around my entire property and inspected the sump pump area. It turns out I am simply in a low water table area, and my pump is working correctly. They also offered me tips on how to try and keep water away from my foundation and to lessen the sump pump's activity, and told me about things I could do myself to monitor that it was not being overwhelmed. They gave me great peace of mind about my situation, and would not accept any payment for the service call!

Best Plumbing installed a new sump pump motor in our home in April 2014. No complaints about that - the installation was routine, and the motor has been fine. In March 2015, the sump pump suddenly stopped working, and water began seeping into our basement. I called at 5:30pm on a weekday, and was immediately redirected to Jim. Despite my barrage of stupid questions and a lack of understanding of sump pumps, Jim was able to diagnose the issue, and walk me through a resolution. Our line out to the curb was frozen, and removing a cap on the outlet by the house fixed the problem. Not once did the operator or Jim ask for details to verify that they did, in fact, install the sump pump in question. They were very friendly, and being able to fix the problem without needing to pay for a house call is a bonus. This is the type of customer service that creates repeat customers! Well done!

Best Plumbing they were great. I used the October of 2012. I think it cost me around $250. They were immediately responsive, I mean I called them on Sunday they were here on Monday. It turns out when my house was built the plumber, and I didn't know this, they were the plumbers that actually did the plumbing on my house when it was built. So there was some continuity there. He was very thorough. He had a replacement sump pump, I didn't know what the problem was with the sump pump, I just knew that it was not running. I didn't know that it needed to be replaced. He actually had another sump pump in the van. He didn't have to leave and come back two days later or anything, he just did it in one simple visit. While he was doing the sump pump he completely checked out the radon system and checked to make sure that was working. I have a battery operated back up sump pump that switches on if some reason the power is out or whatever and he filled all the fluids and checked that out and reset it and made sure it was functioning properly. That was above and beyond. That was just stuff that he did. He was clearly experienced, fair and professional.

The plumber was professional. He didn't have all the parts he needed due to varying toilet sizes so left to purchase new parts and returned promptly. Worked was performed professionally. Given the amount of time he spent on repairs - much of the day - thought costs would be higher.

.I always like the 30 minute call ahead policy that is really useful. Mike the gentleman that they brought out was easy to work with. He was kind and nice. Mike actually had to come back 30 minutes later and fix something. He turned around and came back, that little mishap did happen. We called him on his cell phone and he just turned around in his truck and came back. I was very pleased with that. I would use them in the future.

They were on time. They did the work quickly. They were nice guys. There were two guys that came in. They were good at educating me on what they were doing and why they were doing it. The price was good because I did at least 4 or 5 estimates. They had the best estimate. They gave me the most for my money. They passed the code. The inspector came in and passed it the first time.

Nothing worse than the sound of dripping water and a sagging ceiling tile at 1am, not much we could do but shut off the water to the entire house. We have used Best Plumbing in the past and knew our "issue" would be resolved quickly... and sure enough by 8:45am the following morning, Mark (the ever reliable and honest repairman) was ringing the doorbell. By 9:15 the work was completed, he had cleaned up, and was on his way. If there was ever a BETTER Angie's list grade than an "A".. this company and it's staff deserve it! We will never use another company.... PERIOD!

I phoned Best Plumbing and Ron was very professional. The company contacted my tenant directly so their plumber could work around her schedule. She said the plumber was very prompt, located the problem right away and repaired it efficiently. I will definitely hire this company again.
