All American Window Cleaning

Rob scheduled an appointment for a Saturday between 9:00-10:00. He arrived on time and spent the next 3 hours cleaning our windows. He did a great job! We've used him before and we would certainly use him again.

Bought service via GroupOn in July of 2012, when called took almost two months to call me back at which time they indicated they were booked until April of 2013 however we set an appointment for the following sprint. I started calling two weeks prior to the appointment in April and never received a call back, I e-mailed and never received a response. On day of appointment no one showed. Stay clear of this service provider, thankfully GroupOn credited me the amount however a full refund would have been better. Horrible...Horrible..Horrible service and customer response.

Did an excellent job of cleaning all windows inside and out, was prompt, easy to speak with and did what was promised in a timely professional manner. One man operation so need to be patient and flexible with scheduling but his price was more reasonable than many other quotes we had received for the same work; we will be using this contractor again in the future!

They did a good job and cleaned the windows. I will use them again in the future.

Rob came out and gave me his price for work to be performed. I have Pella windows that have four surfaces to be cleaned, plus pull down screens. He came within a week, on a Sunday. He is friendly, energetic, very cooperative, and does an excellent job. He even cleaned the windows on my screened in porch, the windows on my front door, sliding glass door and even cleaned the glass on my dog door ( all of which I hadn't expected.) The job took five hours and he left my home with bright shining windows. I will definitly will use him in the future. I would like to nonminate All American Window Cleaning to the Page of Happiness.

Rob did a great job! I really appreciated how intent he was on doing and excellent job. All the windows and the glass ceiling of my three season room were beautiful when he left.

I called him to come out to give me an estimate. He called and came out when he said he would. His charge for services was the exact amount of his estimate. He even came out on a Saturday to do the job which was a surprise to me. Everything went according to plan.

The man did a great job. The windows look great, and the price seems very reasonable. Competing bids would be much higher based on prices I received on a previous house.

THE EXPERIENCE WITH ALL AMERICAN IS RATED EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THIS SERVICE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT TWICE A YEAR. HE IS FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING, ON TIME, AND REASONABLY PRICED. AFTER COMPLETING ALL WINDOWS, HE GOES BACK AND CHECKS FOR ANY MISSED SPOTS. THE WINDOWS SPARKLE, AND WE ARE MOST PLEASED.

COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED UP TO GIVE ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS ABRUPT AND SOMEWHAT RUDE, WHEN TELLING ME THAT HE MAY HAVE TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE DUE TO THE POSSIBLE WORK INVOLVED WITH THE TYPE OF SCREENS IN MY HOME. I WOULD NOT HAVE FELT COMFORTABLE HAVING THIS MAN IN MY HOME AND DECLINED USING THIS COMPANY.

HE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND EVEN CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY TO PERFORM THE WORK. THERE WAS A LITTLE CONFUSION BETWEEN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE AND THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE JOB. WE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE ESTIMATE IN WRITING TO ALLEVIATE THIS ISSUE. WE WOULD STILL HIRE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, THOUGH.
