Description of Work: DEAN HARTLEY, JR. CAME TO MY HOME & GAVE ME HIS ESTIMATE ON A DRYWALL/ELECTRICAL JOB. HE GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD SHOW UP, ON A SPECIFIC DATE AND DO THE JOB.
