Culligan of NW Ohio

Description of Work: I own a 40 year old farm house south east of Napoleon and 4 ½ years ago it was connected to a new well and water system. The water had heavy sulfur content so in February of 2011 a water treatment system using hydrogen peroxide to remove the sulfur was leased from the Napoleon, Ohio Culligan dealership and installed. I paid $550 for the installation and the tenant who resides there continues to pay approximately $250 per month in rental fees and chemical supplies to operate the system. In mid September of this year, about 7 weeks ago, the water pressure in the house dropped considerably and after numerous hours of trouble shooting by the well company and my plumber, we discovered a white pasty deposit clogging up the pipes leading from the Culligan system to the rest of the house. My plumber's water treatment consultant thinks the deposits resulted from excessive hydrogen peroxide being inserted into the system which somehow resulted (I believe he said through bacterial action) in the deposits. On Thursday October 29th, I visited the Culligan office in Napoleon and spoke to a Mr. Michaelis explaining the problem and requested they fix the problem. The Culligan technician denied that their system was the cause and refused to take any remedial action.
