+ -1 moreElectrician and young helper were both very professional and friendly. I was charged the hourly rate for two electricians, which I questioned because the young man was clearly in a helper position. I did receive a reduction once I questioned the cost. I will use them again when the need arises.
Description of Work: Removed ceiling fan/light and installed small chandelier. Also disconnected broken doorbell and installed wireless one.

+ -1 moreWe had excellent service! And we definitely will call them again in the future if we have the need to. When we set up the appointment it was only to fix one three way outlet and to check out a couple of other outlets. We were asking him about other outlets in our home and he worked on them also. (He was very knowledgeable and personable.) He came about 3:15 in the afternoon and worked on things for us until he was done at approximately 6:30. It was way past the normal end of work day and never said that he should come back a different day. We really appreciated that he got everything done with one trip. I gave the price rating a B because we were satisfied with the price for everything that got done. I have nothing to compare it to so I don't know if that is a good price or not. I did not give it an A only because I (and I think everyone else) always would like things for cheaper than they are.
Description of Work: The electrician did what to him probably was simple basic electrical work. We had problems with some three way switches that we couldn't do ourselves. He also worked on a connection with an exhaust fan. We also asked him about putting a ceiling light in our family room and if that was possible.

+ -1 moreWe have called upon Mast Electric a few times in the last couple years. Before calling Mast Electric, we actually fell victim to another electrical contractor who did a lot of things wrong - and Mast Electric corrected them for us. They are always very responsive and able to squeeze us in quickly. Rates are very reasonable and their knowledge and competence in electrical works shows. The owner is also the local Fire Chief which makes us feel even safer. We will continue to call on them for our electrical needs.
Description of Work: Repair of attic wiring installed incorrectly by previous contractor. Installation of new ceiling light wiring.
