LOWE'S

We purchased carpet from Lowes. The installation was excellent the installers did a fantastic job, however, it soon became obvious that we had way too much carpet. One of the installers told me, "man they sold you way too much carpet". After looking at the order and the installation instructions I discovered that the person that Lowes hired to do the measurements did not calculate the size of the room accurately which resulted in me getting stuck with yards and yards of extra carpet. When I went back to the carpet department they agreed that the room plan was incorrect and told that that the company they hired to do the installation would contact me first thing in the morning. Never happened!. Now I am headed to small claims court!

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 1 day, They installed the carpet for the entire upstairs and they were very efficient workers. They were knowledgeable and scheduling the installation was easy. I ended up requesting the exact same installers to come back out to out in a smaller area of carpeting because they did such a nice job.

It took a bit longer to get all of our windows in than we expected originally, because they had to re-order some of the windows. They were measured wrong the first time. They were not measured correctly the first time because the measurements were taken as if the original windows were put in normally. In all fairness I want to point out we have found many things in our house that were not constructed with good craftsmanship. So I do not fault them for the incorrect measurement. Because we had to wait (about another three weeks) Lowes installed new inside window frames on the windows that were measured wrong. We have had other things done by Lowes. This was probably our least positive experience and this really wasn't too bad. I will still definitely use Lowes again in the future. Lowes wants you to be a happy customer. Every time we have had something done by them the next day Customer Service is calling to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

My experience with them was fine. It was excellent. The installers were very professional. They gave me all the details and were very good at picking a pattern. Their work was excellent and their price was kind of good. I would definitely go back to them in the future for this particular service.

They did a good job. We went to Lowe's and we picked a storm door, we ordered it and it came in a timely manner. They set up the appointment for one of their contractors to come out and install it. They were out in a timely manner, they installed it, and cleaned up the area and everything. It went without a hitch. They did a good job. It was done timely and professionally.

I had an excellent experience with them. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very professional.

They put the carpet in very nicely. Some of the thresholds around the edge of the carpet was not done well. The crew manager came out and told me he wanted it right, and to call back if we had any problems. They came back out and re-did it, and it looks great now! It took a little extra time, but that didn't turn out to be a problem for us. Now that it is done we are completely satisfied. They were great about wanting to make us happy. Cost includes pulling out old carpet, and scraping the floor.
