Description of Work: Terry King inspected a 2 bedroom condo that my mother has under contract to purchase (she's moving here from out of town). The standard inspection cost $250, but we also had radon testing done ($125?) because Licking County has high radon levels. We also had the condo inspected for wood-boring insects ($60) and had the gas line inspected ($75).

Description of Work: Terry King inspected a house for us. He was very detailed and the report was very helpful. In addition to the home inspection, he did a termite and radon test. I was unable to be there for the inspection, but the report included pictures and was very descriptive. He reviewed all his findings and answered all my questions over the phone as well as sending the report via email. There were many things I was unfamiliar with (septic, radon, etc) and he took the time to explain things clearly. My family was present for the inspection and were very impressed by his thoroughness and the time he spent completing a very detailed inspection.

Description of Work: I had Terry King inspect a house I was considering buying -- and then again a second house when he found a number of issues with the first house that made us reconsider -- and we ended up buying the second hose. For both houses, he did a full house inspection, from roof to basement, and also checked for wood destroying insects, radon, and gas lines (he offers other services also). He provided a fully digitized report, including both many details and color photographs. The report includes a summary of "marginal" items -- that may need attention in the future -- and "defective" items that need attention now, which was very helpful for evaluating the overall quality of the construction.
