+ -1 moreThis is the second appliance we have purchased with Herald's in the last year. They are so easy to work with and are friendly and the prices are great. Delivery has gone well on both occasions. They even brought us homemade peanut brittle with our first delivery!
Description of Work: Delivered a new dryer, connected new venting and removed the old dryer.

+ -1 moreI was looking for a new washer and was having trouble finding a top load without a lock. I searched all the models and reviews before deciding on a Speed Queen. Works like the old traditional top load but built to last longer. Heralds was one of the Independent Sales Stores that carried the Speed Queen. No pressure when I went into the store. They were having a sale when buying the set so I decided to buy the Dryer too. Even though mine was working fine and just had serviced last year. They sold my current dryer on consignment and split the amount with me. Was even able to have my set delivered on a Saturday.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional. They were on time and helpful and did a great job. We purchased a washer/dryer from them, as well, and they were excellent for that, too from purchase to install. The service is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
