+ 0 moreCharles Fisher he proved how unprofessional, immature, non integrity he has. He fell of the face of the Earth. From the beginning of June he said he was busy. I finally called him July 11 and he did not return my phone call. I sent him a text message on the 17th and then he sent me his best friend died. He said he was taking care of his kids and working a lot. Bottom line he blew me off. He just didn't have the nerve to tell me he didn't want to do the work. What makes me mad he wasn't going to do it but then he turned around and called me he was going to do it. He had a women come look at the house to do the paint. Then at that point I did not hear anything after that.
Description of Work: He was going to do electrical work and take the exterior paint off my house.
