THEY NEVER SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AND NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CAME TO MOW. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, I LEFT A MESSAGE STATING WE HAD ALREADY MOWED, BUT WE'D STILL LIKE THE LANDSCAPING DONE. THEY CALLED BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND SAID THEY'D BE OUT SOMETIME THAT WEEK. WHEN WE STILL DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN AND THEY DIDN'T COME OUT, WE CALLED THEM ON SUNDAY AND CANCELED. THE WOMAN WE TALKED TO SEEMED TO BE PRETTY UPSET ABOUT IT.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT OUR PROPERTY AND GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE FOR WHAT THE JOB WOULD COST TO CLEAN UP BEDS, EDGE, MULCH, AND MOW. THEY SAID THEIR MOWERS MIGHT BE AVAILABLE THAT SAME DAY, IF NOT, THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME DO THE LANDSCAPING THE NEXT DAY.

Description of Work: LAST FALL WE HAD LAWN AERATION COMPLETED AND THEY DID A FINE JOB. BUT THIS SPRING WE HAD NO INTENTION OF AERATING AGAIN UNTIL THE FALL. THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND PREFORMED THE WORK THIS SPRING WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING WITH US FIRST AND LEFT THE BILL IN OUR DOOR. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS TO ALLOW US TO QUESTION THIS.
