Larry was out within a day after I called him. He showed up when he said he was going to. Larry knew right away what the problem was, and fixed it within 45 minutes. Luckily, it was such an easy fix he didn't even have to go buy parts to fix it. We have used him in the past to replace another toilet in our house. He always does great work, and the price is always reasonable. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Larry has been professional from the time I placed my initial phone call to him and throughout the process. He has been punctual and willing to work around our schedules, as needed. Due to the nature of the work, he has visited our house two times and will need to visit a third time to finish work once drywall has been installed in the bathroom. After having checked multiple plumbers in the area, we chose Larry for his fair pricing, ability to think through the project with us and offer several new ideas and overall rapport that we have built with him. I would recommend him for a plumbing fix or a bigger project such as our remodel project wholeheartedly.

We had several leaking faucets and a clogged drain. Larry came to our house, assessed the situation, told us exactly what needed to be done, and completed the work in a timely manner. He even went to the store to buy the parts that he needed and didn't have in his truck (cartridges for the faucets). He kept us informed during the entire process. Larry was very professional, prompt, and honest. He gives plumbers a good name.

Impressively well. Larry was courteous, professional and personal. He was prompt both with his phone responses as well as his arrival. He gave us several choices for service times and worked with our erratic Saturday schedule. He respectively removed his shoes when he entered our home, was friendly and set to work almost immediately. Upon completion, he explained what had been done and placed warranty stickers where they could be easily accessed. His rates are competive and the work quality was excellent! We would definitely use his company again and plan to give him word of mouth recommendations whenever the opportunity arises.

The job was done perfectly and quickly. When I called, he gave me two likely diagnoses. One was more costly than the other, I was prepared beforehand if the job was going to be more expensive (thankfully it wasn't). He was courteous, professional, clean, and efficient. Larry was great to work with. I had spoke to him on the phone about my water heater working intermittently - he suggested that the thermostat was going out. I got him the part number and he was able to bring it with him to install. I noticed before Larry came that there was also something leaking. He came upstairs and mentioned that the pipe needed replaced also. I was happy to get everything taken care of in one visit.

Real Grade is A+++++. I contact Larry via the internet, and he immediately responded with a price which I feel was very fair. We set up an appointment and he was very punctual. One of the drain trims and the Kohler Handheld Master Shower Slidebar was installed immediately., however, two of the sink drains did not have complete parts so Larry helps identify the parts needed to be ordered from Ferguson. Upon their arrival about two weeks later I notified Larry they were in and he immediately set a follow-up date for the installation. I feel we have found a real gem, and Larry will be doing all our plumbing in the future.

Although the overall remodel took longer than expected, we are very pleased with the end result.

I contacted Larry via email. Larry promptly contacted me back via email and indicted that he can stop over to give me an estimate. Throughout the process, Larry was extremely professional and punctional. Larry spent a lot of time on my project. The work he completed was done perfect. Larry?s attention to detail was evident. He also cleaned up after himself and left no traces of any debris. His pricing was very fair. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My garbage disposal began leaking so I needed a new one. I purchased the unit I wanted at Home Depot and Larry of Master Plumbing installed it. I got his name from Angie's List because he had excellent ratings. He definitely deserved them. He put the disposal in with no problems. Larry's professional and easy to work with. I would call him again if something else comes up.

Larry is great.. he is one of the best plumbers you will find... he is on time, considerate and cleans up when he is finished. We have used him several times at different houses we have owned and we won't let any other plumber in the house... he even took our call when he was on a trip! His rates are very reasonable and you get way more than you pay for.

Master Plumbing Services' , Larry Scott, was able to come to my home at a time convienent to me. Using a licensed plumber with as much experinece as Larry Scott was an easy choice. He was responsive, friendly and the price was very fair. I feel that this company was an excellent find. I will definatley be using them again.

Called last week and Larry said he could make it out Monday after confirming that the issue was not an emergency. He arrived promptly and established the issue was not a leak in the wall but rather resulted from normal condensation. Replaced rusted parts with stock from his truck. Then I asked him to check water pressure in line from cellar to the ice maker in the freezer which had been producing hollow cubes. We moved the fridge and he disconnected the line. Then he went downstairs and turned it on while I monitored the output. As the pressure did not increase when the valve was opened he said it should be replaced. He did that and the output was increased though I have not yet tested the ice maker which has not been used in several years. In the process of this Larry noticed the kitchen sink pressure was quite low. He unscrewed the faucet part and determined the aerator was dirty. He tried cleaning it and the problem persisted. He told me I could go up to a hardware store and replace it. As he was writing up the invoice he found the part in his truck and fixed the issue. This is the second time I have had Larry do plumbing work and will gladly use his services again.
