+ -1 moreThey are on time and did a great job above and beyond the scope to make us satisfied. He did the kitchen hood and have to install the exhaust duct to the exterior wall. It was very challenge due to the tight space available. He managed to finish it quickly. Very honest and we ended up like friends. So I am calling him since then and still use his help.
Description of Work: Whole kitchen remodeling, tile flooring, plumbing, painting. Demo and install new framing for closet and bathroom.

+ -1 moreSTS Construction & Remodeling did a fantastic job on our kitchen and bath remodel. We absolutely love how they transformed our dated kitchen and bathroom. STS is very attentive to detail, highly skilled, professional and trustworthy. Overall it was a very positive experience. We have since used STS for several other repairs in our home. We will continue to use STS again and again and will refer them to others.
Description of Work: We used STS Construction & Remodeling for our Kitchen and Half Bath Remodel. They completed all of the demo work, removed a wall between our kitchen and dining room, removed wall paper, replaced flooring and baseboards, installed cabinets, painted and provided all electrical, hvac and plumbing services needed for the job.

+ 4 moreIncredibly prompt, friendly, trustworthy. I gave Roger and his crew keys and unlimited access to our house to perform the repairs. Communication was excellent. We had a very crunched time frame as we were hosting 25 people for Thanksgiving and they were able to get all the repairs and painting completed in time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: Removed carpet, replaced tile floor in hearth room. Installed wood veneers around fireplace. Repaired water damage in ceiling in master bedroom (drywall removal and replacement) and upstairs bathroom (Mold from old, slow water leak) Installed flat screen TV's. Painted multiple rooms in house.
