Critter Inspector

There are no more raccoons in my attic. The people were courteous. I did not realize how little hours would be spent on the job compared to what I spent. There is a warranty with the cleanup and repair of openings in our house. Weather was a factor in the length of the job which I completely understood and encouraged to play it safe due to snow and very cold temperatures. I did not always know when they were coming until I got a phone call informing me that they would be at my house in x number of minutes. Painting still has to be done so job is not over

Devin and his workers were very professional, very nice, cleaned up very nicely.. They all explained everything as they were doing it when we asked questions.They also were on time.. They had a dumpster delivered for all the old insulation to be put in. When they were finished they took us around the property and showed and explained what they had done and even took pictures to show us before and after. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.. we were very pleased !! THANKS..

DEvin and his team was very quick to respond and were able to be onsite same day for inspection. They were able to quickly identify the issue and volunteered to talk to my HOA about the holes in the building. They were able to book me for the treatment same week and were able to close out the rodent entrance into the house. Overall the experience was very positive, budget friendly and would highly recommend them.

I pray that the house is secure and that no animals will be able to enter the house. I trust that Devin will follow through with the lifetime guarantee and that I can trust that any future issues will be taken care of immediately. He responded quickly and came right out to observe the issue. Set traps and caught two raccoons. He took pictures and video to show me how the animals were entering and what he could do to remedy the situation. He was very professional every step of the way. I am happy to know that I can call on him to resolve any future issues. Lifetime is a long time. I would like to know what happens to the guarantee if the business closes. Great job very nice. Explained everything g and they went out of their way to make the experience positive. 5 trips to my house to get that squirrel!

Devin responded to my request within minutes of reaching out. Howie and Tom arrived at the scheduled time. They walked me around the house to show me where mice probably were getting entrance into my house. They arrived the next morning to start their process. I would highly recommend them. The service was good. I requested pictures of the work, but did not receive them. So, I can not be certain about some of the work.

The guys were great. They identified the spot where our squirrel friend was getting into the house quickly. The quote for the work was fair and they completed the job as promised with no hitches. While I hope we never have another squirrel in our walls, I will not hesitate to call Critter Inspector.

I dont know my experience is not finished yet. The traps are still here and I am still hearing the squirrels. The gentleman recordal and seem to know what they were doing.

Super fast response time, and our issue was handled professionally

I was moving from a house to an apartment. One of my cats got away and was outside in the cold for several days. I called them to ask if they could help me catch him. The first night they caught the raccoon that had been tearing up my garage for 5 years. The second night they caught the possum that had terrorized my wife for 5 years. 3rd night we got our cold little cat back. Amazing people. Keep up the great work guys.

Bowie was great!

They arrived within 24 hours, were punctual and efficiently removed an animal carcass from my fireplace and applied deodorizer. I really appreciated the matter of fact approach.. Other companies tried scare tactics and hard sell to pressure me. I would recommend their service.

They set traps. They did not catch a groundhog. They did catch 3 opossums. They were trying to catch groundhogs. They put garbage bags over the holes to see if there was activity but did not come back yet to check. I am waiting to see what they say when they return.

I was very impressed with the service received. I was relieved when they told me…no critters in your attic and all areas are secure. Howie and another inspector were pleasant, thorough, and answered all my questions. Having peace of mind now was worth the appointment and inspection fee.
