+ -1 moreHe admitted after a short discussion that while he was interested and perhaps excited about the possibility of doing the work, he wasn't confident of his ability to have enough people available to work on it soon enough and to give it the attention a job of this size would require. We appreciated his honesty and would consider using him for smaller home construction jobs in the future.
Description of Work: He came to our home to review our plans for an addition to the house - garage - and to provide an estimate and quote.

+ 4 moreLevi was very professional and responsive to our needs. We had many questions, and he was always polite and respectful when we talked to him rather than making us feel like we were a bother. We received his name from a general contractor since pole barns were out of the contractor's realm. His price for the re-skin was higher than others we received, but we felt that the quality of his work would be worth the extra money. I believe we made the right decision. He also gave us an estimate on a privacy fence, and we will use him if we decide to put one up.
Description of Work: Re-skinned 40 x 60 pole barn with new sides, roof, windows, man door, and sky lights; re-built three large sliding doors and repaired beams damaged during tornado. We also had them re-skin a pump house and install new soffit on a patio. A small portion of the work was related to the insurance claim, but the majority of the work was not related to storm damage but we took the opportunity to get the extra work done.
