This was my first time calling Rick's Heating & Cooling. Great Service! Polite office personnel to experienced technicians. Ron serviced my heating and cooling system. A tune up was performed on both the heating and cooling system. The condensation line needed to be replaced and refrigerant was added. Ron was very professional, experienced and thorough. I will use Rick's in the future.

They are very prompt to respond to service requests. Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite. Their prices seem kind of high, but I don't have much to compare them to. The Armstrong furnace is loud.

Technician, Ron, arrived right in the middle of the quoted window. Had called earlier in the day to see if he could work outside on AC unit outside if he arrive early while he waited for me to get home from work. He reviewed the services he was scheduled to provide prior to starting work. He was scheduled to service both the heater and ac unit. He asked if he could delay servicing the heater until the fall. He didnt want me to spend the money on the heater service 6 months before I'd be using it again. He offered a service plan that would cover the current ac service, next falls heater service, and next springs ac service. He replaced the necessary filters and cleaned the others. Ron was very friendly. He was super clean and wore booties when he came in from checking outside units, this was after a week straight of rain. He explained all of the services performed and how the unit performed. Looking forward to having them out in the fall to service the heater.

I would highly recommend Rick’s Heating and Cooling. Their servicemen are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and courtesy. I have been a customer for about nine years and would never consider using anyone else. I am on their service agreement which provides service two times a year. They check furnace and then air conditioner. A few years ago when my air conditioner quit in July ,it was about 95 degrees, they were right there and got the problem solved.

They called before arriving and were right on time. They didn't have the part with them, but they came back the next day and fixed it.

Have use Rick's for the last 8 years after they installed our furnace. Love the whole staff. Very professional.

I had two houses and they service both of these twice a year. They put an a/c unit and furnace for me. I got good service with them. The technician was very personable, easy to talk to about the problems. The clean up is excellent.

They do a nice job. Not the cheapest, but I've never had a problem with the work.

I initially requested an inspection call due to A/C not cooling properly and this home was recently purchased so an inspection was due to be performed since we hadn't had one done yet. Service man arrived looked at A/C determined unit needed freon. He could not fill with freon due to frozen lines and had to return the next day for an "additional" return trip charge. Making a total of $127 just for coming to the house. The second day 2 lbs. of freon was installed but no inspection of any kind was performed nor did he even perform a visual for leaks in the system. When I called the office to complain that no inspection was performed I was told I had to state what type of service I wanted performed when I made the call and was told that what I requested did not include any type inspection, even though I specifically stated when I made the call that I wanted an inspection at 2 different homes. The second home that I set up for an inspection was performed with a different service person and an actual inspection was performed.The person on the phone even told me that units lose freon over time. I stated not 2 lbs. unless there is a leak. She stated it could have occurred over a period of time. I reminded her regardless of the time it still means there is a leak.I have since requested that this business is to write on my file to never call my home for any offer of service due on any units.This business has essentially lost 3 customers due to such actions. My primary home and 2 additional rental units.

When I called, they gave me an appointment within the week. The appointment had a time range between 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the technician and he asked if he could come earlier. I was happy to do this. He explained what he he was doing and how much it would cost up front. This was a good thing because the secretary quoted me a different price up front because she did not know that I had an oil furnace. The technicians were very friendly and professional. When they left the area was left very clean.

Rick's personnel come to your home to complete semi-annual inspections in the fall and spring to assure that your equipment is clean and ready for the upcoming season. They are professional and that got us to stay on their annual service plan.

They were very professional, came on time, their pricing was very fair. They did an excellent job of explaining everything including what they did and what there service covered.

I can't say enough good things about this company. He is a very professional and courteous person.
