Description of Work: We recently added a third dog to our brood and needed a new collar. I also needed to test the electric fence because I was trying to flag the boundary for our new dog and was getting inconsistent signals. We purchased a home with an existing Sport Dog receiver and when I researched service companies on the Internet, it led me to Petsafe. I spoke to Bruce over the phone and immediately got the sense that he knew what he was doing. He has been in the business full-time for over 15 years and is an avid dog lover. He kept his appointment time with us despite the fact that it was raining, AND he had to drive to Dayton for an install, AND he was leaving the next day to attend a wedding out of town. Bruce was very thorough in testing the fence and transmitter box. At one point, I asked if he thought we should replace it and he said, "I won't sell you, until I'm sold that you need a new one." He ended up tweaking the range and gave me a new collar. He also attached a small light to one of the spare collars I had to help me identify the exact boundary so training would go smoothly. The cost of the service call and equipment for Petsafe wasn't cheap, but when you have three dogs, you don't want a cheap system or fly-by-night technician. Bruce is neither of those - he is experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. Don't waste your time on other systems, including Invisible Fence (a sister company to Petsafe). Bruce is the way to go or as he puts it "If your dog gets loose, call Bruce!"

Description of Work: We called Bruce to have the pet fence checked at our new house and inquired about collars for our two dogs. We called Bruce because his company tag was on the system.
