The process went well. Scheduling was prompt. Their approach was professional and the price was reasonable. Joe did a great job of explaining the pricing of the various parts, tubing, and accessories needed for the installation beyond the water heater itself.

Tom took the time to contact me before the job to gather information on the parts needed and to ensure that we would be prepared. He did a great job and in a short amount of time! Unfortunately the work required doubled due to our drain being clogged, but he took care of that as well within a reasonable time.

If you are a perfectionist, this is the company to hire. Painting was great, they even touched up the ceiling where a previous painter left a blob. On time, polite and efficient. Kitchen floor installation was great, no short cuts taken. Even threw in extras, combined two condensation lines into one and secured it so there will be no possibility of leaks. Floor looks great, displayed professionalism and perfectionism. Will use again on next project.

Joe was efficient and diligent. I called him after hours on a Sunday for an urgent job that had flooded our basement - forcing us to turn off the water main in the house until repaired. Joe was out early the next morning and completed the repair very quickly. He even called some contractors he referred personally to express the urgency of our needs.

Mr. Jospeh showed up as scheduled and got me on the calendar right away. I have used his services for painting before and was so impressed I kept his card for two years. When I needed plumbing work done, he rushed right over and helped (I had tons of new flowers and my outside faucet wasn't working). He saved the petunias! :)

Joe was on time, professional and completed the work as contracted. The washer box was in a very confined space and difficult to get to. The price included materials.

We have used Joe in the past for various plumbing jobs and he always did a great job along with being prompt, courteous, reasonable. Knowing that Joe also specialized in tile work and based on past favorable experiences, we hired Joe to re-tile our son's bathroom and also install a kitchen backsplash. Joe made excellent suggestions on the type of tiles to use for both projects and finished our projects while we were out of town. We were totally comfortable with Joe in our house while we were away and were very happy with the end results, all completed with a reasonable price. We highly recommend Joe and his team for any home improvement project.

Joe did the gas line, Jim and Mary did the painting. Everyone was prompt. 41 hours of work plus materials. Everyone showed up on-time and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and respectable, just nice regular folks that took pride in their work. Quality of the work was terrific - lots of can lights and fixtures to paint around. As a bonus, some extra odds and ends on my 'to'do' list were completed too. Will definitely hire again.

Joe and his team are awesome. Joe worked with us to come up with the best solution for the laundry room as this was not a normal request. He made sure his ideas were what we were looking for and that the way he did it was going to be right. During the work, it was clear that Joe and his team cared about how the work was being done and getting it done right. They were meticulous in their work and stayed in constant communication. The drywall work for the ceiling and the painting work look as good as new. We are beyond happy with Joe's work and would use him again without hesitation!

Awesome, Joe worked with us to get the design we wanted as it was a bit unique, and helped to solve some other general issues after we had some water damage in our home. The room turned out better than expected and Joe and his crew did an awesome job!

It turned into a $1000.00 project, but they're very good. They're back again today. They've been out every Thursday for about 3 weeks. The price was good for the Angie's part, but they were a little expensive for the extra work. They're very meticulous. And they clean up when they leave.
