I highly recommend Kevin Cozzens of Cozzens Home Improvement. He was always professional, organized and punctual. He did an excellent job with a high degree of skill and attention to detail. He was very careful to protect and cover the floor, furniture, etc in the work area. I also feel his fee was very reasonable.

Kevin has caulked all of my doors,windows and cracks, cleaned the gutters, fixed my sump pump problems,done some electrical work and countless other jobs. He even pointed out that the "fireplace" I was looking forward to getting an insert and sitting all cozy watching the flames....was not even a proper fireplace.(That was an example of the type of constant deceit and poor workmanship and previous "Screw-ups" that seemed to be almost daily discovies!) He has helped finish walls, move vanities and countless other tasks. He is not inexpensive but fair and worth every penny. I really cannot say enough positive comments. He is prompt,a quick and neat worker. I have come to trust him as much, or more, than any other contractor I have known over the years. He have come to rely on his opinions and his work on both the interior and exterior of this house! Kevin is a rare find in this world of shortcuts and shoddy work and work ethics! If our country was run by Kevin and like-minded people our country would not be facing economic and ethical ruin! He is an example of those who made this country the super power it was. He is the real deal! I'm almost afraid that after sharing my experiences he'll be too busy to help me finish this nightmare of a house! The reason that I said my last dealing with Kevin(2 days ago) was complementary was because I asked him to please look at some bizarre lines that had just appeared on my bedroom ceiling and the outside wall. The house had a serious mold problem before I bought it and Imwas terrified that the blackish lines were a sign of mold. He came over,on a Sunday, and brought a tall ladder so he could get up into my attic. In case you're curious, it wasn't mold but somehow over the winter mice had decided that my attic would make a great new home! Way better than mold but not really great news! Actually, I came to online to visit Angie's list for an exterminator but wanted to do something nice for Kevin as a bit of thanks for all he's done for me!
