"Just wanted to thank Kody DeWitt with Home Genius Exteriors for helping us get our new roof. It was long over due and we were not sure what our options were. That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. "Would give no stars if that was possible!! Horrible customer service, poor craftmanship, never an apology when the job was done wrong. Took over a year to get a simple roof and siding job done....still not fully completed. Will not respond to messages. Crews could not communicate in English had to call a 3rd party person for translation. Left work site an absolute mess that we had to clean up. Every time something was mentioned that needed to be fixed had to fight and argue to get someone to come out and fix the issue, workers walked off the job leaving my house to be open to water damage with rain storm approaching, had to secure my house myself from water damage. Every time some one actually came out to try to fix a problem another problem was created. Careless working crew. All about the money but never a quality job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!!!"

However, if you need to replace your window or repair a broken double pane, it’s best to call in a professional window replacement installer to lend a hand. Replacing the majority or all of the windows in your home is a time consuming job and best left to a professional.
Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
The time it takes to replace a window is a total of four to 15 weeks. This time includes your initial consultation, appointments for measuring, as well as ordering and manufacturing your windows. For a smaller job, you can expect the total timeline to be on the shorter end, but for a whole house window replacement, it might take longer (or be split into multiple install appointments).
