We had asbestos tiles removed and the mastic encapsulated. Phil was very responsive and explained the process and options. He explained the options but left the decisions up to us. Upon completion he checked in to make sure we were happy with the process and came back out to retouch a few spots the roller missed on the second coat. Instead of just hitting those spots, he put on an entire 3rd coat! 5 star service.

Very responsive, I queried them online late Friday night due to an emergency where part of my ceiling collapsed. I received a phone call first thing Saturday morning and he was able to fit me, arrived for a sample, and submitted it to the lab for testing. By Monday I had results. He was very understanding and explained the process and pricing as well as other options. Appreciated the service.

Phil, was very attentive upon our phone conversation and setting up home visit was very easy and convenient. Customer service was excellent and industry knowledge was great. Thankfully after testing I do not have asbestos in my home, I would have contractor with them further if needed!
